During the 60 day period, we will furnish your telephone number to any perspective buyer upon their request.If you make a sale during the 60 day period, you have the obligation to inform us and pay us a 20% commission. If you don't make a sale, you won't be billed. You can choose to leave your ad online with us for up to one additional year for a one time charge of $35 dollars. You won't be charged a commission after the 60 day period.
